Arrival and departure
Our rooms are ready for occupancy by 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival at the latest. Check-out time on the day of departure is 12:00 p.m.

Breakfast
Breakfast times: Mon - Sat 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Sun 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know 1-2 days before your arrival. We will be happy to find suitable alternatives for you. Breakfast for guests not staying at the hotel should also be booked 1 day in advance.

Children’s cots
Children are very welcome at Villa Orange. For our little guests there are children’s beds, children’s chairs, play sets and coloring sets. Our children’s beds (65 x 115 cm) are suitable for small children up to the age of 3.

Room prices
Our overnight prices always include our organic breakfast buffet.
Separate rates apply during trade fairs. We also offer attractive weekend packages. All prices include the statutory value-added tax. If you book your room directly online with us, we guarantee you the best price. 

Think green - act green
We deliberately only clean your room every other day in order to reduce the consumption of water and electricity as well as the use of detergents and cleaning agents in order to reduce our carbon footprint. If you would like your room cleaned every day during your stay, please contact us.

Tourism fee
On January 1, 2018, the city of Frankfurt began to charge a tourism fee of EUR 2 per guest and day of stay. Exceptions are overnight stays for business purposes, which must be proven by stating the company address on the registration form.

Dogs
You would like to bring your dog? Gladly! We provide you with two bowls and a feeding tray. And, of course, a welcome treat.

Parking spaces
We have a limited contingent of 10 parking spaces. It is best to book the parking space when you make your reservation. We have an eMobility-charging station with two charging points. When booking, please always state if you are arriving by electric car!
