Rooms

Prices
The room prices are per night and room, incl. organic breakfast and 7% VAT.
Breakfast is EUR 10 per person, incl. 19% VAT. The cost for breakfast for people who are not hotel guests is EUR 25 per person, incl. 19% VAT.

Payment
Payment is made at checkout. For larger room bookings we require a pre-payment.
If coverage of the costs has been provided in writing, the invoice can also be sent. We do not send invoices abroad.

Cancellation deadlines and cancellation costs
You will receive the cancellation deadlines individually for each request.
In cases of late cancellation, we try to re-book the room(s). If this is not possible, we charge 90% of the room price and no breakfast.
Please note that we are only able to accept cancellations in writing.
You are entitled to prove that no loss or a loss that is less than the lump-sum loss claimed has been incurred.

Seminars and conferences

Prices
The prices are per day, plus VAT.
For room rental, conference equipment, etc. plus 19% VAT.
For catering plus 19% VAT.

Payment
Payment is to be made by bank transfer after the event. You will receive an invoice.
For larger events (starting at EUR 3,000), payment is made in two installments: 50% down payment no later than 2 weeks before the event and 50% after the event; both installments by bank transfer upon receipt of invoice.

Cancellation deadlines and cancellation costs
It is possible to cancel conference rooms free of charge up to six weeks before the start of the event. Other time limits apply to larger events. In the event of cancellation with too-short notice, we will charge the room rent, unless we are able to re-book the rooms.
In case of cancellation 4 days or less prior to the start of the event, catering will also be invoiced.
If you reschedule and hold the event within the next 3 months, cancellation is free of charge (except for the catering costs, where applicable).
Please note that we are only able to accept cancellations in writing.
It is possible to change the number of participants (max. +/-3 people) up to 48 hours before the start of the event at no charge. Any later changes cannot be taken into account.
You are entitled to prove that no loss or a loss that is less than the lump-sum loss claimed has been incurred.

Celebrations

Prices
The costs for celebrations include VAT.
For room rental, service, decorations etc. inl. 19% VAT.
For Catering incl. 19% VAT

Payment
Payment is to be made by bank transfer after the celebration. You will receive an invoice.
For larger celebrations (starting at EUR 2,500), payment is made in two installments: 50% down payment no later than 2 weeks before the date of the celebration and 50% after the celebration; both installments by bank transfer upon receipt of invoice.
If you have chosen our celebration package, payment is also made in two installments: 50% down payment no later than 2 weeks before the date of the celebration and 50% after the celebration; both installments by bank transfer upon receipt of invoice.

Cancellation deadlines and cancellation costs
In the event of cancellation, the following deadlines and costs apply:
- Room rental: free of charge up to 6 weeks before the date, after that cancellation costs of EUR 400 including 19% VAT will be charged, unless we are able to re-book the room

- Drinks: always free of charge

- Service staff: free of charge up to 7 days before the event, after that you will be charged cancellation costs/service fee of EUR 60 per service employee, incl. 19% VAT

- Dinner: free of charge up to 14 days before the date, 30% of the contract value 7 days or less before the date and 100% of the contract value 3 days or less before the date, incl. 19% VAT.

It is possible to change the number of guests (max. +/-3 people) at no charge up to 48 hours before the start of the celebration at the latest. Any later changes cannot be taken into account.
